New markets, same companies

Last week we've been visiting several countries for meeting important ceramic companies and offering them the best raw materials (ceramic pigments) that a modern company could get.... what's our surprise when we see that our competitors for many years in Spanish market are offering to abroad companies rubbish products as they were top range in Europe!!
Why companies lie to customers offering them the best products at lowest price when they are offering them products without enough quality for being considered as the top range of market?? We're really surprised by this attitude that our competitors are adopting in many markets abroad... we don't think that's the most professional way to work, and, really, companies in countries such as, Egypt, Iran, India, Indonesia, Algeria, Morocco.... don't want to be lied by a supplier that they trust and think that it's offering them the best products...

That's our business and as we can see not much companies understand that in business as in live we always have to do our best to others.
